Quinta da Palmeira is a 200+ year old property situated in the village of Ponta do Sol. The house is a traditional solid stone built farm house surrounded by banana plantations and grapevines, has stunning views of the ocean and mountains to the rear.

The apartment is now based in the old classroom as at one time the property was the local village school. It has been redesigned to incorportate modern and traditional, with lots of light and comfort.

The design is open plan,and for two people, creating a large living space, with a seperate private entrance and staircase, ensuite shower and wc. The kitchenette is well equipped with a small oven, microwave and two ring hob as well as the usual utilities and utensils.
